UI: Delete APIs

Add 'Delete' button and confirmation modal for deleting APIs. Ideally, the confirmation will be something similar to GitHub's confirmation modal, where the user is asked to type in the name of the item they are attempting to delete. This component will probably be reused across the app for deleting other model instances as well.
