In the API Catalog UI, link to routeEndpoint if present

Currently we link to the endpoint URL - but if the routeEndpoint property exists in the JSON (available api bean) then we should link to it instead. We need both because even though the UI should link to routeEndpoint, when we import the API we should use the endpoint as we currently do.
