Add data source resetter functionality to vertx.3 port tests

Already almost finished it - this is to remind me about it so I don't forget to merge it when it's completed.

It's a bit fragile if someone swaps config around, but essentially it allows a given data-source to reset the DB before going onto the next set of tests (run into issues otherwise).
