UI to search for and install plugins (global apiman plugin registry)

We have the ability to add plugins by maven GAV information, but it would be even better if we had a way to search/browse for available plugins. We would obviously need a registry for them somewhere. Perhaps just a simple JSON or XML registry file somewhere in git?
