mobile-contacts-ios quickstart should have maximum and minimum dates set to align with server-side constraints

The UIDatePicker has two properties, minimumDate and maximumDate and these two should be set appropriately to the server-side constraints. Invalid value can be entered otherwise, resulting in a dialog saying "400 Bad Request" shown on client-side.
