"Run in IDE" sections in quickstarts README files are incomplete

      Currently there is "Run the HelloWorld in JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse" section only in README files for Cordova quickstarts.

      1) This section should mention necessary plugins/setup needed (e.g. Jboss Hybrid Mobile Tools + CordovaSIM and webkitgtk for Cordova examples)

      2) There is no information to run Android and iOS examples in IDE
