Vert.x SimplePush Server needs unit tests/integration tests

      There are currently no test for the vert.x version of the SimplePush Server. The test should be for the vert.x code and verify that the interaction with the SimplePush Server are correct. The server-core project has unit tests to test the SimplePushServer itself.
