Split Add Variant dialog into two steps

After talking to Erik we realised it would be better to split the Add Variant dialog into two steps: one for Name/Description and one for Push Network details. This is to make it easier to reference the Push Network details from other parts in the UI (like the dashboard).

This is by no means urgent. This is just as a reminder to do this when we have the time.
