Radiobutton instead of checkbox for iOS type

Right now when you add an iOS variant, there is a checkbox in the UI:

[X] Production

It's not clear what the opposite state is. Therefore it would be better to show radiobuttons in this case:

(o) Production
( ) Development

So it's always clear what you've selected. I think we should default to "Production"? Any arguments on what the default should be?
