iOS 7 silent push notification

    Description

      In iOS 7 they introduced 'silent' push notifications;

      They also added a flag that the content is immediately available (similar to the newsstand they use content-available:1).

      Our server API should support this in order to deliver those messages to the iOS applications, using Push with AG UnifiedPush
