Admin UI: Spinner while busy/loading

    Description

      When the admin UI is 'processing' ajax/rest requests, it is not obvious that something happens. Especially when the processing takes longer the user may get confused.

      Perhaps we should have a spinner to indicate the uI is actually doing something
