404 error when access AdminUI's index.html file

when I access it via 'http://localhost:8080/ag-push/index.html' - it changes the URL in the browser to "http://localhost:8080/ag-push/index.html#/mobileApps" and than I get an 404 for " http://localhost:8080/ag-push/index.htmlrest/applications
