DataManager doesn't load in chrome packaged app environment

During the loading of the Datamanager module, it tries to validate all the adapters, but in a chrome packaged app, window.localStorage is not available, so an error is thrown and the rest of the library is not loaded

A simple try/catch should do the trick here
