Pipeline/Pipe template code should be offered as an option in the Xcode Template

Currently our Xcode template produces, by default, code for Pipe and Pipeline creation. It would be nice if we separate that as an option for the user to choose (e.g. 'Enable Pipeline' or sth similar)
