Allow multipart data parts without specifying name/filename combo

for scenarios (like gdrive) that parts can be just simple application/json, there is no need to specify name/filename combos.

We can

• either introduce a new AGDataPart or
• allow the name/filename combo AGFileDataPart to be nil

evaluate the possibilities of the two.
