[Spike] Investigate proper CI to run tests on github PR

    Description

      We need a way to run integration tests on PR or by PR trigger.

      Currently CircleCI 1.0 is used in SDKs, this is probably insufficient. But there is also CircleCI 2.0 that supports custom Docker images or we can use some other solution (like Travis CI, "Wendy").

      So investigate here.
