Redirects during push registration are not handled correctly

If the UPS is behind a CDN which causes a redirect on the device registration path, registration will fail.

For example of "localhost/ag-push/rest/registry/device" redirects to "localhost/ag-push/rest/registry/device/" then the registration will fail.

The UPS error message is "failed to execute: javax.ws.rs.NotAllowedException: No resource method found for GET, return 405 with Allow header"
