Implement Topic Support

This has several parts.

• Expose subscription information using :

GcmPubSub.getInstance(context).subscribe(regToken, "/topics/[yourTopic]", null);

• Handle topic messages. This is extracted from the fromfield of the message
• Connect and integrate with UPS categories.
