Investigate a lighter WebSocket implementation

Currently we use the Netty WebSocket client library on Android. This is part of a huge library and needs lots of proguard love to keep the number of methods down. I would like to find a library which is only websockets and is very lean.

Also most libraries on the market target JavaSE and not Android Java.
