Shoot n share application doesn't work properly (can't share, wrong default screen)

The Cordova Shoot n Share application has several problems.

1) The first screen is just black screen and user has to press back button to get to the camera screen.

2) Trying to share a photo either crashes the application (Google, Keycloak) or does nothing (Facebook), even after configuration is set to correct URLs, Client ids and secrets. Even in the case of wrongly insert configuration, the application should inform the user, not crash!

3) In the app.js, Google plus settings is added, but there is no predefined "secret" variable.

4) There are some client ids predefined regarding Google plus&Facebook, this should probably be removed.

5) Installation steps (e.g. calling gradle build for Android) should be added to the README.
