Provide the ability to delete some or all notifications from Cordova

We would like the ability to delete notifications from within the Cordova app for both Android and iOS.

The rationale for doing this, is that it allows the user better control of what notifications are displayed, when they are displayed and to allow older notifications to be deleted if they are no longer relevant. e.g. new information has become available making an older notification redundant.

This would also greater flexibility for notifications as the Aerogear UPS could be used with plugins such as https://github.com/katzer/cordova-plugin-local-notifications allowing developers to focus on core UPS functionality.
