Reduce startup time of AppFormer apps and workbenches

This task is about investigating and making performance enhancements to the load and startup time of workbenches and AppFormer apps.

Some avenues being investigated:

• Investigate compression/caching for all scripts and assets
• Investigate batching/pre-injection of RPC calls made when an app starts
• Change @EntryPoints that aren't necessary at app startup to be lazily loaded
• Investigate unaccounted lag in startup time where it appears that the workbench *.cache.js script has loaded, but no activity or logging occurs
