Overload .consumes to take MediaTypes in addition to Strings

Currently the .consumes method on route only accepts String as media types, but we can overload this method to also take MediaType.JSON etc.

This task should also add constants for JSP, JSON, and HTML to AbstractRoutingModule so that these can be used directly in route configurations.
