Kitchensink quickstart/archetype does not scale properly on iOS devices

When viewing the quickstart or archetype with iOS the scaling does not work correctly when changing orientation.

The root cause is a known bug with iOS browser with certain metatag settings. See [1] for some info, but there is more out there.

We need to spend some time with the metatag settings and find one that works well for both iOS, and Android. Iirc there were issues where one would not function if the other did.
