temporary UI update to reflect only failures

    Description

      When the metrics code will be removed, we also have no need for the current state-machine of the Push_Delivery:

      • Pending
      • Succeeded
      • Failed

      Instead, the UI will be simplified, like suggested on this thread, as:

      • Processed (the server did receive the request and did start to submit it to 3rd party push provider)
      • Failed (with details like now)
