Enable Jenkins enable master to slave security subsystem (old s2i way: AGDIGGER-64 and https://github.com/aerogear/digger-jenkins/commit/fb23c3430b866e5036f93ff73c6439101c20d765)

For reference, in s2i approach:

Why

We need to make sure the slaves cannot execute stuff on the master node.
