Use Ansible to provision Jenkins on openshift

Use ansible playbook to install Jenkins on OpenShift using the default Jenkins template provided by OpenShift.

We would need to wrap oc command line and execute standard commands for creating new app from template. Template parameters must be set by customers before running playbook.

Goals

• Provide wrapper for oc command line
• Execute script
• Validate installation
