Create the proper files to have jboss.org/projects listing be updated for the new site

Now that we've moved our project off of jboss.org proper we need to get our listing updated in the projects page.

To control your project links on http://www.jboss.org/projects,
publish a special property file on your site and let me know its URL. That way
if you chose its content, the project matrix will be updated accordingly. Here
