otp-lib test case fails when running on 64bit with mismatch validation

When running the test case here on 64bit, the validation of OTP fails constantly with the same number but different that the test expects:

we expect: 982812

on 32bit:
we get correctly 982812
 
on 64bit:
failed: '982812' should be equal to '221999' Incorrect OTP
