Create Projects, Tags and Tasks on a per user basis

We need some way of limiting creation, edit and deleting of projects, tags and tasks on a per user basis. For now, just some sort of placeholder User model that could be based on session would be fine. Also, if it could clean itself up when a session ends (delete and associated tags, projects and tasks) that would be nice to keep the database size under control.
