URLs to the Get Started documentation in the Quickstart README files need to be updated

The README files for the helloworld-html and kitchensink-html quickstarts contain obsolete URLs to the "Getting Started" documentation. They also need to contain pointers to the community and product docs. Examples can be found in the README files here: https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jboss-as-quickstart/
