kitchensink-html5-mobile README file instructions for OpenShift need to be updated

See https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPAPP-8902: It's impossible to run examples on OpenShift.

I modified the OpenShift section of the README files for the impacted quickstarts to read:

NOTE: At the time of this writing, JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6 is not yet available on OpenShift, so only the JBoss AS 7 version of this quickstart can be deployed to OpenShift.

Can you modify the README for the kitchensink-html5-mobile quickstart also:

You can see the change in the following quickstarts:

• helloworld-rs
• jax-rs-client
• wsat-simple
• template (the template used by new quickstarts)
