What

setup some basic CI/CD for the xamarin SDK. We probably will use https://www.appveyor.com/. There should an example in the current FeedHenry .NET SDK repo (see https://github.com/feedhenry/fh-dotnet-sdk/blob/master/appveyor.yml).
