Create an example that show's a shopping cart workflow with buyers, and approval's

We should have an example that shows a mobile workflow for purchasing "things", and approving orders based on server-side rules. This would make a multi-person demo where people "sign-in" as either a buyer, or approver.

The orders may, or may not require an approval based on some server-side setting.
