Android First Steps Section should cover usage not building

The Android first steps section covers building the library. Instead it should
include a section for useful Android tutorials (IE links to Google's docs) and how to use AeroGear in Android Studio (IE here's what lines to add to build.gradle and some links to internal docs on Pipe, Store, OAuth, etc)
