The aerogear HTML5 Quick start deep dive site contains links to the github location for the source.

However that project no longer exist under https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-quickstarts/tree/master/kitchensink-html5-mobile and should be replaced by https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-wfk-quickstarts/tree/master/kitchensink-html5-mobile
