If no routes are defined AeroGear Controller should fail upon deployment

Currently if a user forgets to include a beans.xml in there deployment, that deployment will not be scanned by CDI and there will be not routes for AeroGear Controller to process. A deployment error could be raised in this situation to make the user aware of this.
