Update ES distro to include Elasticsearch distro zip

Also:

• Embedded version of ES should automatically track the main dep version in root pom. (e.g. 5.6.9)
• Change Bootstrapper to use EmbeddedElastic.
• Remove explicit references to ES as we don't need them any more (only Jest should be OK)
